PLEASE NOTE: Due to high demand and multiple fulfillment locations, some orders may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, there will never be additional shipping charges.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, payment is processed within 24 hours.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.
You will receive:

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been dispatched (please check your spam folder just in case)

In some cases, shipping may take slightly longer due to high demand, restocking periods, customs processing, or holiday shipping delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Order cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear once the carrier receives the package.
